The roles that make up a chapter committee. The committee publishes who holds each one, and which are open, from the MSA app.

ChairpersonServes as the primary leader and representative of the MSA. Responsible for overseeing all executive functions, leading meetings, and guiding the overall vision and strategy of the organization.
Vice ChairpersonSupports the Chairperson in all duties, presides over meetings in their absence, and assists in managing the executive committee and internal organizational matters.

SecretaryManages all official records, communications, and administrative tasks. Responsible for taking and distributing meeting minutes and maintaining the MSA's documentation.
Vice SecretaryAssists the Secretary with all administrative duties, including record-keeping, correspondence, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.

TreasurerResponsible for managing the MSA's finances, including budgeting, fundraising, expense tracking, and providing regular financial reports to the executive committee.
Vice TreasurerSupports the Treasurer in all financial matters, assisting with transactions, record-keeping, and the overall financial health of the organization.

PR OfficerManages the MSA's public image and external communications. Responsible for promoting events and initiatives to the campus community and media.
Deputy PR OfficerAssists the PR Officer in crafting and disseminating communications, creating promotional materials, and engaging with the student body.
Media ManagerCreates and manages all digital content, including social media posts, graphics, and videos. Responsible for the MSA's online presence and visual branding.
Deputy Media ManagerSupports the Media Manager in content creation, social media management, and documenting MSA events through photography and videography.

Events CoordinatorPlans, coordinates, and executes all MSA events and programs. Manages logistics from conception to completion, ensuring successful and engaging activities.
Deputy Events CoordinatorAssists the Events Coordinator in planning and executing events, helping with logistics, volunteer coordination, and on-site management.

Dawah Officer (Male)Organizes and leads initiatives to educate the campus community about Islam. Plans activities such as lectures, discussion circles, and interfaith dialogues.

Outreach OfficerBuilds and maintains relationships with other student organizations, community partners, and university departments to foster collaboration and support.
Deputy Outreach OfficerAssists the Outreach Officer in connecting with external groups, representing the MSA at collaborative meetings, and supporting joint initiatives.

Student RepresentativeActs as the primary liaison between the general student body and the executive committee, voicing student concerns and feedback.
Deputy Student RepresentativeSupports the Student Representative in gathering feedback from members and advocating for their interests within the organization.

Jumu'ah CoordinatorOrganizes all logistical aspects of the weekly Jumu'ah (Friday) prayer service, including venue booking, khateeb scheduling, and setup.

Politics OfficerKeeps the MSA informed on relevant political and social justice issues. Organizes advocacy campaigns, educational panels, and civic engagement activities.
